Supporting families in Peoria, Glendale, North Phoenix, Surprise
and other
west valley communities. We are a mostly Christian group, however
we are not
affiliated with a particular denomination. Our main focus is to
provide opportunities
for home schooling families to interact with each other through
educational
and social activities, field trips, and sports.
We meet weekly (every
Wednesday from noon-2pm) in Sweetwater Park, 75th
Ave and Sweetwater 1/2 mile north of Cactus, from September
through May.
Other activities are planned on a monthly basis. The type of
events and number of
activities planned are directly related to membership
involvement.

welcome to join.
Membership is $15 for the school year. This gets you our
newsletter (9 issues
per year), a directory, and allows you to join in our fun and
educational
activities.
TO JOIN; print out the registration form, fill it out, and mail it with $15
($7.50
after Jan. 31st) to the address on the form. Or mail a SASE to
the address on the
registration form.
The best way to learn
about us is to show up at park day. The next best way is to
read back issues of our newsletter. Most of our activities are in
there. This year,
1999/2000, we have plans for an astronomy group, a spanish club,
an art show,
and more activities (park based) for our littlest homeschoolers.
